The guild adjustment is made to balance the guild population and to prepare for the new content that is coming soon this year. The new guild cap system might be a little confusing for those who do not quite grasp the guild’s system and method of guild recruitment.
The guild cap will be limited to 150 accounts and 500 characters, which is previously capped at 500 characters. What does this mean? Basically, assume that there is only one owner of each account, since there are only 150 account slots per guild, there will only be 150 guild members. However, the guild can still be populated by 500 characters, which means that these 500 character slots are owned by 150 account owners. Therefore, the guild can only handle 150 people, regardless of their characters. Unlike the previously capped 500 characters that means a guild can associate 500 people.

Guardian Fighter’s commander’s strike deteriorated. It no longer has multiplying bonuses from the Feytouched Enchanments.
Oathbound Paladin’s Shield of faith has now correctly guards allies and prevents damage as expected
Trickster Rogue’s Shadowy Opportunity has no longer incorrectly gets personal damage bonuses. However, damage increased to 20/40/60/80/100% of weapon damage to make up for its lost.
