There are different ways of farming rift platinum. However, not all ways are efficient and will make the most out of your time. This guide will show you how experienced players efficiently farm in the game. The character level truly matters when it comes to farming platinum.

Rift Platinum and Leveling Guide

Beginner’s road from Gold farming to Rift Platinum making

Leveling would be your top priority as a new player. The more you level up the more opportunities you can get, which mean more Rift platinum. For now, be satisfied with rift gold. In order to efficiently farm platinum you’ll have to reach level 50, quite a long road.

In early levels, utilize all the weapons and armors you can loot and never ever get the best gears in your early levels (1-30). If possible pick all the items, don’t be lazy! And if you ever get a purple item for levels 1-30 don’t charge too much as it may stuck inside your inventory forever until you sell it in the NPC.

Which is faster? Dungeon runs or quests? It depends primarily on your situation. If you have dozens of friends, go do a dungeon runs until you’re worn-out. If you don’t have any friends (sad) you might want to do the quests instead of dungeon runs. Because in dungeon runs, there is a high probability that you’ll be in a crappy party and these guys will really slow you down. While quests, give a constant amount of experience and money.

Rift Platinum – Grinding for Artifacts

If you’re going to make artifacts as your main source of income then, you’ll need omen sight. Basically, Omen sight: lets you enter silvers without another party, you can see some lore-related things around new places and you can see twisted artifacts. These are the basically the tools you need when grinding for artifacts.

The best farming route would be go to Meridian and go around, explore the map and loot all artifacts you can see.

Rift Platinum – Auction Guide

Once you’ve got several artifacts, go to the auction house/post. Check the prices and undercut the certain item by 1 gold. Don’t sell your artifacts way too low as it will make artifacts drastically cheap. You wouldn’t want that to happen because you’ve invested some of your platinum to omen sight. Just go with the pricing flow, if someone sells 500g then undercut it, make yours 499g and you’re all set.
