EverQuest Platinum: The Ice Rathe
They are higher level with much more HP. The Hill Giants in Rathe the Ice Giants in Ever frost drop Fine Steel Weapons and anywhere from 1 to 50pp a kill. Aside from the Fine Steel Weapons you can expect to find other valuable goodies like gems that will sell for a lot. And very much like in Rathe Mountains there is a vendor nearby.
EverQuest Platinum hunting and Leveling
If you’re looking to level up and make a decent amount of money while doing so I recommend going to Rathe Mountains first and grinding the giants until they become bad XP then moving over to Ever frost Peaks. Granted this will not be the best XP while leveling up and it will take much longer than following another path but you will make a decent amount of money. If you’re just in the area for money, I recommend killing the giants in Ever frost and then heading into Permafrost Caverns and clearing the Goblins for a bit more money.
