A new event, “Challenge of the Gods” is coming to Neverwinter next week! Players will get a chance to earn gifts in new challenges that will have them battle some of Faerûn’s fiercest enemies. The time of challenge for more Neverwinter gold

The event goes live on February 6, 2013 at 10 A.M. PST. It will then run for four days. During the event, challenges will show up whenever you kill an enemy. Accepting this challenge gives you a short quest. It is yet unclear what the challenges are. Whether it may be crafting Neverwinter items, or fighting a certain creature, the details are still secret. Make sure to have some Neverwinter gold ready just in case.

Gift of the Gods and Neverwinter gold

Completing a challenge rewards you with a Gift of the Gods. Unfortunately, no solid information has yet been released about what these may contain. The announcement however shows two armor sets which could be the rewards for this event. Whatever the case may be, be sure to grab these rewards for the extra Neverwinter gold you can get if you sell them.
